Our team of commercial lease solicitors in London charge a fixed fee from £1000-£1500 plus disbursements (covering all aspects of commercial leasing).
Disbursements
You'll need to pay all the disbursements separately in addition to the fees for our legal services. Examples of disbursements include search fees, Land Registry registration fees, SDLT, Bank transfer fees, etc. This is not an exhaustive list and is meant purely as a guide.
Hourly Charges
When dealing with matters where we charge an hourly rate, we will be pleased to give you clear and open advice about the costs that you will incur in instructing us to act on your behalf. Our hourly fees will be calculated using the below hourly rates and will depend on the level of experience of the solicitor or Fee earner dealing with your matter and the complexity of the matter.
Details of the hourly rates are as under:

Hourly Rate of Solicitor (Grade A): £350.00 plus VAT per hour

Hourly Rate of Solicitor (Grade B): £250.00 plus VAT per hour

Hourly Rate of Trainee/Paralegal: £150.00 plus VAT per hour
